SO my endeavors into weight loss has been at a loss. I am even more determined to do it this time. I have started preparing my meals ahead of time and done grocery shopping for such things. Shoot I even bought a book where I can track everything and it has helped because it is front and center and I am aware of everything that I am eating.
I have decided that I am going to find one spot a day where I can relax either in my room or any other spot. I will take a picture and describe what feelings where felt there.
One of my friends makes her blog everyday and I am inspired that I can do it everyday. Here's to a one-a-days all around.
